Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of sections 5 (1)(d) and (2), 6 (a), (b), (d) and (f), 7(2), 8(c) and (d), 12 and 25(b), come into operation on 1st October 2007.
