(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Employment (Amendment) Act 2015, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Employment (Amendment) Act 2015, with the exception of sections 2(b), 9, 10, 11(a), 13, 14, 15(a) and 17, comes into operation on 22 August 2015.
