| 1. This Notification is the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024. |
| 2. Sections 10, 23, 34, 37, 40 to 43, 45 and 48(1) to (10), (12) and (13) of the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 14 June 2024. |
| 3. Sections 2 to 9, 11 to 15, 44 and 46(1) to (4) of the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 17 July 2024. |
