Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st November 2008.
