(Commencement) Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2012, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.

2. Sections 2(a), (c) and (e), 3, 5, 6, 7(e), (f) and (o), 9 to 12, 17, 24, 27(b) and (c), 33 to 41 and 42(c), (d) and (f) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st November 2012.
