| 1. This Notification is the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2021. |
| 2. Sections 5(b), 7, 9 to 14, 16(a) and (d), 17, 18 and 19 of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 come into operation on 24 July 2021. |
