Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2010

Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2010, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010.
2.  Sections 2(e), (f) and (g), 5, 6(e), (g) and (j) to (m), 7, 8(c), 9, 10(b) and (c) and 20(b), (d) and (e) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2010 shall come into operation on 1st October 2010.
