Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act 1996

Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act 1996, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1996.
2.  The Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act 1996 shall come into operation on 1st January 1997.
