| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2014. |
| 2. The Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2014 shall, with the exception of sections 19 and 22, come into operation on 1 September 2014. |
