Rapid Transit Systems (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Rapid Transit Systems (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Rapid Transit Systems (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 13th December 2002.
