(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 2(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h), 5, 6, 7, 8(a), 9 to 17, 19 to 26, 33(a), 39(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), 41, 42(a), 43(2) and 44 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 come into operation on 25 September 2023.
