Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.

2. Sections 2(c), (d) and (e), 3, 6, 14, 25(a), 27 and 28 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
