Employment of Foreign Workers (Amendment)
Act (Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Employment of Foreign Workers (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Workers (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Employment of Foreign Workers (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 15th February 1999.
