| Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013. |
| 2. Section 5 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 28th October 2013. |
| 3. Section 4 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st April 2014. |
