Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022, Mr Masagos Zulkifli, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth as regards Muslim Affairs under the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 2(a) to (e), 6, 7, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 24, 26 and 27 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022 come into operation on 17 August 2022.
