Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2007, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.

2.—(1) Sections 11 and 17 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 28th December 2007.

(2) Sections 2 to 10, 12 to 15, 18, 19 and 20 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
