(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prisons (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Prisons (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Prisons (Amendment) Act 2022, except sections 2(a) and (e), 3, 6(c), 8 and 26(a), comes into operation on 2 September 2022.
