(Commencement) Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.

2. Sections 2(b), 5, 6(a) and (c) to (j), 7 to 10, 16 to 24 and 25(b) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 30th December 2011.
