Singapore Armed Forces (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Armed Forces (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.

2. The Singapore Armed Forces (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 31st December 2004.
