| 1. This Notification is the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018. |
| 2. Sections 2, 3(1)(a) and (b), 4(1)(b), 5(b), 7(1), 8, 9(1), 10(1), 11 to 16, 18(1), 19 and 20(1) to (5) and (7) of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 30 November 2018. |
