| Telecommunications (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005. |
| 2. The Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2005 shall, with the exception of sections 10 and 11, come into operation on 16th February 2005. |
