Fire Safety (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.

2. Sections 14 to 22, 25 (a) to (g) and 26 of, and items (1) and (2) of the Schedule to, the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 16th February 2005.
