Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 19 (a) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st March 2001.
