(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021, except sections 2(c), 14 and 17(2), comes into operation on 14 November 2022.
