Charities (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Charities (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Charities (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Charities (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st March 2007.
