(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 2(a), 3, 4, 8(b), 27, 28, 33(b) and (c), 34, 36, 38, 39(f), 40 and 42(b) of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 come into operation on 30 December 2022.
