State Lands (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the State Lands (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the State Lands (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The State Lands (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 5th March 2009.
