| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Sentosa Development Corporation (Resort Area) Notification. |

2. The Sentosa Development Corporation hereby designates Sentosa Cove delineated in the Plan set out hereunder to be the resort area for the purposes of Part V of the Act.
