(Exemption of Soilbuild Business Space REIT)
Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337(1) of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.   These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of Soilbuild Business Space REIT) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 15 April 2021.
Exemption
2.  The responsible person for Soilbuild Business Space REIT is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up Soilbuild Business Space REIT following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of Soilbuild Business Space REIT under section 288(7) of the Act.
