(Exemption of Mapletree North Asia
Commercial Trust) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.   These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 4 August 2022.
Exemption
2.  The responsible person for Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
