(Exemption of CapitaLand Commercial Trust)
Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337(1) of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of CapitaLand Commercial Trust) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 4 November 2020.
Exemption
2.  The responsible person for CapitaLand Commercial Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up CapitaLand Commercial Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of CapitaLand Commercial Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
