Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “transfer date” in section 2 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Singapore Food Agency (Transfer Date) Order 2019.
Transfer date
2.  The transfer date for the purposes of Part 8 of the Act is 1 April 2019.
