Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety)
(Compoundable Offences)
Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act 2020, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 28 June 2021.
Compoundable offences
2.  Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 14 of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 5(1) or 8(1), (2) or (3) of the Act;
(b)an offence under section 11(4) or 12(1) or (2) of the Act;
(c)an offence under section 13(1) of the Act;
