Notification 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs (c) and (e) of the definition of “cruise ship” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism Board Act 1963, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Singapore Tourism Board (Characteristics of Cruise Ships) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 5 February 2025.

Other characteristics of cruise ships

2. The other characteristics prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (c) of the definition of “cruise ship” in section 2 of the Act, are specified in the Schedule.
