(Creation of Rights) (No. 2)
Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2009.
Powers of Authority
2.—(1)  The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 24 Lot 05740K Pt on the plan made available for inspection under paragraph 3 (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
(2)  This Notification shall apply in addition to such rights created under the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 11) Notification 2008 (G.N. No. S 606/2008).
Inspection of plan
3.  A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but
(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
