Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Street Works (Creation of Rights) Notification 2021.
Powers of Authority
2.  The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a street and the operation and maintenance of a road structure, enter upon the land described as MK01‑03553K pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
Inspection of plan
3.  Copies of the plan of the specified land are available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but
(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
