| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 8) Order 2003. |

| 2. The Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust Fund is hereby declared as an authorised unit trust scheme for the purposes of the Act. |
