| 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 13) Order 2003. |

| 2. The Henderson Asia Bonus Payout Fund II (S$) is hereby declared as an authorised unit trust scheme for the purposes of the Act. |
