| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 24) Order 2000. |

| 2. S$ Capital Guaranteed Europe Tech Fund is hereby declared as an authorised unit trust scheme for the purpose of the Act. |
