| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 5) Order 2004. |

| 2. The Fullerton Short Term Interest Rate Fund is hereby declared as an authorised unit trust scheme for the purposes of the Act. |
