| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Display of Licence — Exemption) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 30 December 2017. |
| Definition |
| 2. In this Order, “retail licence” means a retail licence mentioned in section 18(3) of the Act. |
| Exemption |
| 3. Section 3 of the Act does not apply to a holder of a retail licence that displays, or causes to be displayed, a copy of the licence at a retail outlet specified in the licence. |
