| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 28 November 2014. |

| 2. For the purpose of section 15(1)(b) and (d) of the Act, the tobacco products, or classes of tobacco products, specified in the first column of the Schedule are prohibited under the provisions of the Act specified opposite in the second column. [S 69/2018 wef 01/02/2018] |
