Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale)
(Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 28 November 2014.

Prohibited tobacco products

2. For the purpose of section 15(1)(b) and (d) of the Act, the tobacco products, or classes of tobacco products, specified in the first column of the Schedule are prohibited under the provisions of the Act specified opposite in the second column.
