| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Third-Party Taxi Booking Service Providers (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 September 2015. |
| Compoundable offence |
| 2. An offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 7(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 26(1) of the Act. |
