Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition Against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2007.

Exemption

2. Mohd Shafiee Bin Osman (NRIC No. S1606623J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the transfer of the motor cycle bearing registration number FM 3297B belonging to Mohd Shafiee Bin Osman to Idris Bin Hamzah (NRIC No. S0131513G).
