| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th September 2012. |

| 2. Mohamed Noor Bin Sulaimi (NRIC No. S7031888A) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de‑registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FD 1905 R. |
