| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Wildlife (Exemption) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 June 2020. |
| Exemption from section 5C(1) of Act |
| 2. Section 5C(1) of the Act does not apply to the killing, trapping or taking of any wildlife that belongs to a wildlife species specified in the Schedule. |
