To browse Subsidiary Legislation, select ‘Subsidiary Legislation’ in the dropdown list under ‘Browse’ in the Browse Page. Similar to Acts, you have to select the status of the Subsidiary Legislation you wish to browse, i.e., Current, Revoked/Spent or Uncommenced. The default status is Current Subsidiary Legislation.

     

     

The Browse function for Subsidiary Legislation operates in the same way as the Browse function for Acts (please see above).
